Sauces– Vodka sauce, black truffle crème sauce, Marinara Sauce, & pesto

Vegetable tossing– Baby Bella mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, olives, hot cherry peppers, artichokes, and pine nuts.

 

Fajita Station

Cooked to order in cast skillets

Flour tortilla with choice of beef, chicken, or seafood, cooked with peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms.  Topped with fresh salsa, sour cream guacamole, and Monterey Jack cheese.

 

Far Eastern Stir Fry Station

Chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu.  Assorted vegetables and a selection of far Eastern stir-fry sauces.  Served with steamed rice or noodles.

 

Paella Station

Vegetable, seafood, or chicken Paella, cooked in a 33 inch Paella pan in front of your guests.

 

Crepe Station

Assorted sweet or savory crepes made to order

 

Salad Station

Grilled chicken and shrimp, romaine and spring greens, three different dressing, imported cheeses, chopped, bacon, a variety of fresh vegetables, and salad items allow you guests to make a traditional salad such as Caesar or a special creation of their own.
